Abstract

Em um contexto de transformação digital na Atenção Primária à Saúde, o tablet passou a ser incorporado como uma ferramenta de trabalho estratégica das Agentes Comunitárias de Saúde. Este artigo pretende contribuir para a discussão sobre o uso de tablets e outros dispositivos móveis pelas agentes no Brasil, identificando limitações e contribuições do uso institucionalizado desses equipamentos. Na plataforma Google Notícias, buscaram-se matérias sobre a temática. Dez matérias selecionadas foram organizadas em um clipping de notícias. Procedeu-se à análise de conteúdo dessas reportagens, identificando-se quatro categorias analíticas que expressam a complexidade do processo de uso de tablets por elas, a saber: necessidade permanente de capacitação; otimização do trabalho; perda de dados; novas dimensões da precarização do trabalho e dimensão política na aquisição de equipamentos tecnológicos. Os aspectos identificados no estudo constituem-se em temáticas relevantes no processo de instituição de políticas relacionadas à saúde digital na Atenção Primária à Saúde.In the context of digital transformation in Primary Health Care (PHC), the tablet has been incorporated as a strategic work tool for community health workers. This article aims to contribute to the discussion involving the use of tablets and other mobile devices by community workers in Brazil, identifying limitations and contributions of the institutionalized use of this equipment. The Google News platform was used to search for articles. Ten selected articles were organized in a news clipping. We carried out a content analysis of these reports, identifying four analytical categories that express the complexity of the process of tablet use by health agents, namely: permanent need for training; work optimization; loss of data; new dimensions of work precarization and the political dimension in the acquisition of technological equipment.
