Abstract

Administration in the drinking water of dluted urine from a heifer with leptospiruria produced a positive aggltination titre fo pomona in 4/6 cockerels, 2/3 partridges,1/8 ducks and 2/2 pheasants. An attempt to demonstrate leptospira in the excreta f the birds by inoculating diluted feacal samples ip into 2 day old chicks was unsuccessful.
