Abstract
The parameters (chemical shifts, spin–spin coupling constants and relaxation times) obtained from 31P NMR spectroscopy are summarised and reviewed in terms of their molecular structural and dynamic information. The practical aspects of 31P NMR spectroscopy are also given. Some selected applications mainly from oligonucleotide and protein studies are shown.
