Abstract

In summary, we report a case of late-onset PH-I leading to rapid recurrence of disease, when the diagnosis was not known before transplantation. The final diagnosis of PH-I is especially important because isolated kidney transplantation is not a matter of choice for the majority of patients with PH-I. © The Author [2005].
