Abstract

The title pyrazolothiazole derivs. I [wherein R1 and R3 = independently H, (un)substituted alkyl, aryl, etc.; R2 and R4 = independently (un)substituted alkyl, aryl, aminosulfonyl, etc.] or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are prepd. as protein kinase modulators for the treatment of cancer, allergy, etc. For example, the compd. II was prepd. in a multi-step synthesis. Some of compds. I showed good inhibitory activities against protein tyrosine kinase. [on SciFinder(R)]
