Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of management information systems of human resources on the training needs in Al-Balqa Applied University and to get out practical recommendations to solve them. It also aims to show the possibility of determining the goals of the training programs, and to evaluate and follow-up training programs offered by the human resource management at the university. The findings indicate that there is statistically significant relationship between management information systems of human resources and identifying training needs and setting of training programs goals in the Al Balqa Applied University. The findings also indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems of human resources and evaluation and follow up the effectiveness of training programs at Al Balqa Applied University.
