Abstract

Action research studies the phenomena of change by using a qualitative methodology. In the field of nursing research, it is used in various areas: management, clinical practice, primary health care or education. This approach enables patients and health care professionals to be involved in decision-making processes. © 2013 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
