Abstract

This article intends to provide an overview of (The chronology of the formation of the Abbasid dynasty, especially in the early days of its establishment in Baghdad). In collecting data, this research uses data analysis methods through virtual sources. In carrying out this analysis, the researcher used data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The author concludes that the Abbasid Daula period is also called "The Golden Age" or the golden age of Islam. At that time Muslims had reached the peak of glory, both in the fields of economy, science, civilization and power. Coupled with the many translators of books from foreign languages ​​to Arabic. Many scholars were born at that time, resulting in various new innovations in various sciences. The great imperial legacy of the Umayyad Daula allowed the Abbasid Daula to achieve more, because the foundations had been prepared beforehand
