Abstract

Marriage is a bond of marriage vows between two people which is the most sacred and important for the couple. In this day and age, most prospective brides and grooms will hold a wedding party to welcome this important event. Therefore, the research carried out aims to improve services for Wedding Organizers. Where a Wedding Organizer is a service whose job is to make it very easy for prospective brides and grooms to prepare for their wedding day, especially for the bride and groom's family so that they don't have to worry, because it takes a lot of time. This research applies a web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) method which includes a menu of testimonials as well as criticism and suggestions. The method used in this research is R&D (Research and Development) and the system development method uses the Waterfall method. The research carried out will produce a system by implementing web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which will make it easier for customers to view complete information and order wedding packages. Through the Testimonials menu, you can help customers and potential customers in placing orders with Nita Wedding Organizer.
