Abstract

Latar belakang: Persepsi adalah suatu proses individu mengorganisasikan stimulus yang diterima dan menginterpretasikannya, sehingga individu dapat menyadari dan memahami apa yang diterima dan hal ini juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman-pengalaman individu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan persepsi perawat tentang K3 Rumah Sakit di RSUD Kota Cilegon Tahun 2021.Metode: Desain penelitian bersifat cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat di RSUD Kota Cilegon dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang yang diambil dengan metode proportional sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari profil RSUD Cilegon. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 62 responden (62%) memiliki persepsi baik tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS), 58 responden (58%) memiliki masa kerja baru, 90 responden (90%) pernah mengikuti pelatihan K3RS, 63 responden (63%) memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang K3RS dan 65 responden (65%) memiliki tingkat pendidikan Diploma III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja (p value = 0,007), pelatihan K3 Rumah Sakit (p value = 0,006), pengetahuan (p value = 0,001) dan tingkat pendidikan (p value = 0,000) dengan persepsi perawat tentang K3RS.Simpulan: Persepsi perawat tentang K3 Rumah Sakit dipengaruhi oleh masa kerja, pelatihan K3 Rumah Sakit, pengetahuan dan tingkat pendidikan.Kata kunci: K3RS; masa kerja; pelatihan K3RS; persepsiABSTRACTTitle: Determinants of Nurses' Perceptions about Hospital Occupational Health and SafetyBackground: Perception is an individual process of organizing the received stimulus and interpreting it, so that individuals can realize and understand what is received and it could also be affected by individual experiences. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of nurses' perceptions about Hospital Occupational Health and Safety at Cilegon General Hospital in 2021.Method: The study design was cross sectional. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between work period (p value = 0.007), Hospital OHS training (p value = 0.006), knowledge (p value = 0.001) and education level (p value = 0.000) with the nurses' perceptions about Hospital OHS.Conclusion: Nurses' perceptions of OHS in hospitals are influenced by work period, OSH training, knowledge and level of education.Keywords: Hospital OHS; perception; work period; OHS training
