Abstract

• The versatile sequence optimization to improve the yield of the recombinant enzyme. • Directed specific mutations can promise to produce thermostable and soluble RT commercial enzymes. • Predicted hot mutations in the active site of the RNase H domain of recombinant RT without any effect on its structure.
