Abstract

Good project management is important because of the financial consequences of bad management. If a project is completed late or fails to achieve its aims, the corporation could loss lot of money and still not achieve its goals. Project management software is a tool that is unbelievably useful in laying out the parameters of the approach to follow. But software cannot do the thinking, project team members will be responsible for inputting data into the software and in accomplishing the plans. Planning, organizing, staffing, monitoring, controlling, innovating, and representing are tasks assigned to senior manager which will affect the whole system and team members.
