Abstract

This article revised the literature on the us of artificial intelligence and machine learnin in the healthcare of the elderly, highlightin both the advantages and risks involved The application of artificial intelligence i medicine began in the 1940s and 1950s with an emphasis on clinical diagnosis Today, techniques such as deep learnin have proven in disease detection and clinica decision-making. However, problems arise i relation to the data protection of information responsibility in automated decisions, an the loss of human interaction. Ethical issue and the representativeness of elderly patients data, such as algorithmic bias and ageism are also discussed. The qualitative, basi and exploratory study employed a deductiv approach to address digital transformation i elderly health, despite recognizing constraint in ethical and intersectional terms. Th conclusion is that artificial intelligenc and machine learning have the capacit to improve elderly healthcare, but mor transparency and additional studies are neede to confirm their effectiveness compared t conventional methods.
