Abstract
S019 Conclusion: We report lower positivity thresholds for the IDKmonitor® total anti-TNF antibody ELISA assays than the manufacturer, in particular, for adalimumab. Transient antibody formation is uncommon: most patients develop persistent anti-drug antibodies that lead to drug clearance.
