Abstract

Kornelius Nielsch and co-workers summarize the architectures and contact designs of thermoelectric (TE) devices in article number 1700256. The escalating requirement of clean power generation and temperature control could be potentially fulfilled by TE devices that are properly designed and engineered. Successful application of TE technique will ultimately promote nearly every field of industry and private life.
