ANALISIS PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI FAMOS (FACILITY MANAJEMEN OPERATIONAL SYSTEM ) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) STUDI KASUS PT DANA PURNA INVESTAMA CABANG BCA WISMA ASIA 1

Abstract

PT Dana Purna Investama launched its system, namely the FAMOS system, which is mandatory for all areas to use it. However, there are many controversies or problems in their respective branches regarding monthly attendance, requests for goods that are not on time so that administration is not good and acceptance of the FAMOS system is the main topic to this day. This study aims to determine whether the FAMOS information system (facility operational management system) is acceptable or not by its users. From the known problems, measurements were made using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method in the FAMOS information system (facility management operational system). The author's case study in this study was at PT. Dana Purna Investama. The author collects those that are suitable in the discussion of writing this thesis by collecting four (5) variables to be studied, namely the ease here, the ease of information systems that will trigger whether or not the information system used by the administration is good or not, the usefulness of the usability variable will have a big influence on administrative work activities. In carrying out daily activities by using this information system, the attitude of the user of this variable is the potential for good or not that is received well from the user, the variable of user interest, how the system operates properly will conclude the amount of user interest in these four variables will certainly affect the variable acceptance of technology in the FAMOS information system (facility operational management system).
