Abstract

The one-point MCA method is very simple to perform nnd useful as a screening test in diagnosing leptospirosis in routine clinical laboratories. The kit, sensitized with six serovars occurring in Japan, was also useful in detecting serum antibodies of patients with leptospirosis in China. © 1987, Cambridge University Press.
