Abstract

In this paper the effects of the sensor operating temperature on the performance of an array of three SnO2-based sensors for the measurement of mixtures of H2S and NO2 have been studied. The kind of dependency existing between sensor outputs and temperature has been heuristically linked with the resulting array performance. These results give the possibility to tune up the sensor operating temperature in order to get the best array performance. © 1995.
