PENGARUH RESILIENSI TERHADAP STRES KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN OPERATOR PRODUKSI PT MURAMOTO ELEKTRONIKA INDONESIA

Abstract

Karyawan menjadi salah satu aset perusahaan yang penting dan perlu dikembangkan untuk mendukung kelangsungan dan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT Muramoto Elektronika Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan probability sampling dengan jenis kuota. Besarnya sampel ditentukan menggunakan tabel penentuan sampel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac & Michael (dalam Sugiyono, 2018) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Maka dengan populasi sebesar 340 karyawan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 172 responden. Data menggunakan skala resiliensi dan skala stres kerja. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh 0,088 > 0,05 . Tidak ada pengaruh resiliensi terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT Muramoto Elektronika Indonesia Employees are one of the important company assets and need to be developed to support the continuity and success of a company. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with the type of quota. The sample size was determined using the sample determination table developed by Isaac & Michael (in Sugiyono, 2018) with a significance level of 5%. So with a population of 340 employees obtained a sample of 172 respondents. The data uses a resilience scale and a work stress scale. Based on the simple linear regression test obtained 0.088> 0.05. There is no effect of resilience on work stress of employees of PT Muramoto Elektronika Indonesia
