To will be analyze The Genetic, the Genetic Engineering, The Genetics Algorithms and the Evolution Informatics, by means the analysis of techniques an the adaptability a we reality with the object of to contribute in to get better the quality, in the production or the services and to propose a one model of corporative knowledge for the organizations their realize a better knowledge management.El presente estudio es una investigación de tipo básica adaptativo y exploratoria que realiza un desarrollo de los sistemas inteligentes en las organizaciones y en la sociedad, que cada vez más compleja requiere de técnicas avanzadas como los algoritmos genéticos para la creación de modelos de aprendizaje corporativo a través de un proceso de gestión de conocimiento que busque ventajas competitivas como un factor crítico de éxito en la capacitación de recursos humanos.
