Abstract
A case is described of aortic aneurysms occurring in a patient with a 12-year history of Behcet's disease. Their relation to the disease is discussed. It is suggested that specific symptoms of the syndrome should be sought in young persons with aneurysms. Aneurysm formation, a possibly fatal complication, should be considered as a possible cause of pain in Behcet's disease. Treatment is discussed. © 1967, British Medical Journal Publishing Group.
