Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and safety of unfractioned heparin without routine use of provisional glycoprotein inhibitor compared to bivalirudin, in patients with acute coronary syndrome, who are undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
