Abstract
A chronic alcoholic patient with a cerebral tuberculoma free of extracranial manifestations of the sickness is presented. The symptomatology was headache, right hemiparesia and hemianopsia, and endocranial hypertension. Axial computed tomography showed an occipital mass whose etiology was only found on histopathological test. The diagnostic difficulties are mentioned and the literature is reviewed.
