Modified finite difference method for solving fractional delay differential equations

Abstract

In this paper, a new numerical scheme for solving fractional delay differential equations is presented. Finite difference method is extended to study this problem, where the derivatives are defined in the Caputo fractional sense. The proposed method is also employed for solving some scientific models. The obtained results show that the propose method is very effective and convenient.
