Abstract

This study aims to examined the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera in Lhokseumawe. This study used primary data obtained from 100 respondents taken using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis data method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly influenced employee turnover intention at PT. Ima Montaz Sejahtera in Lhokseumawe.
