Abstract

We aim to present this rare phenomenon of intermittent left bundle branch block (LBBB) in a patient with aspergillus endocarditis, as a case for arrhythmia round. Intermittent LBBB is an unusual phenomenon. Though first described over six decades ago, only a few cases have been reported and pathophysiological basis remains unknown.
