Abstract

The authors regret that an error was inadvertantly introduced in Table 1 while copying data from the original data files to the article cited above. For the case subjects, adult control subjects, and youth control subjects, respectively, the following mean 6 SD data were presented: fasting glucose (mg/dL) 110.44 6 23.86, not available (N/A), 110.44 6 23.86; fasting insulin (mU/mL) 30.93 6 22.33, N/A, 30.93 6 22.33; and HbA1c % (mmol/mol) 6.01 (42) 6 0.75 (5.8), 7.53 (59) 6 2.32 (16.2), 6.73 (50) 6 1.84 (17.8). The correct data for these subjects are fasting glucose (mg/dL) 154.36 6 88.99, 87.93 6 10.61, 84.20 6 8.49; fasting insulin (mU/mL) 31.16 6 26.55, N/A, N/A; and HbA1c %6.756 1.86,N/A,N/A.
