Pengaruh system quality dan intention to use terhadap net benefit penggunaan SIMPEG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of (1) system quality on the net benefit of using SIMPEG, (2) intention to use on the net benefit of using SIMPEG, (3) system quality and intention to use together on the net benefit of using SIMPEG. This research is quantitative research with the correlational method. The population of this research was all 40 employees of BKPSDM Karanganyar District. This research sample used a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 40 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of: (1) system quality on net benefit of using SIMPEG (t count (3,95) > t table (2,03)); (2) intention to use on net benefit of using SIMPEG (t count (2,22) > t table (2,03)); (3) system quality and intention to use together on net benefit of using SIMPEG (F count (31,70) > F table (4,11)).
