Abstract

As a part of human rights, children rights have proceeded slowly through the course of history. In this study, children rights have been considered within the context of whether “children rights have begun to gain the attention it deserves in 21st century”. Apart from historical process, the value that has been given to children rights by Turkey as a part of its responsibilities has been evaluated through examples.
