Abstract
Comments on the article from the UK700 Group (see record [rid]2000-07985-008[/rid]) which concluded that the policy of advocating intensive case management for patients with severe psychosis is not cost-effective. The author argues that the findings of the study do not support their conclusions because they do not take the level of training completed by the case managers into account.
