Abstract

Cooperative entities constitute an increasingly visible sector, whose interests consolidate the claim to respond to the problems presented by the different agents that affect their behavior. The purpose of this work is to establish the degree of influence generated by the governance of the cooperative sector in demobilized populations and victims of the armed conflict; For this purpose, 35 cooperatives were selected from the city of Ibagué, Colombia, which represent, among others, the subsectors that participate in the economy of this region. This research was approached from a qualitative perspective, which is why he used the interview as an information collection tool. The findings found concern that the Colombian cooperative sector has been involved in the administration of codes of good governance; However, there is a deep expectation, because these codes have not been developed based on the construction of programs that integrate and benefit demobilized people and victims of the armed conflict. Finally, in conclusion, the importance of implementing a code of good governance for the cooperative sector is prescribed, as a contribution to the development of the post-conflict in Colombia.
