Abstract

Cold storehouses in China have been developing rapidly which are centralizing, scaling up and functional subdividing. Cold Storehouse is especially energy-consuming building. Fire hazard of large-scale cold storehouses characterizes large fire compartment, refrigerating medium risk and detecting difficult. According to the relevant regulations at home and abroad, setting fire detecting system in cold storehouses, fire suppression apparatus, effectively organizing put out a fire and the contributory factors of reducing safe risk, all is analyzed in this paper. Then discuss fire prevention from the perspective of fire protection design and put forward the specific requirements for setting fire fighting and rescue site, fire apparatus, eject smoke and danger sources placement.
