Abstract

This literature assessment explores the difficult courting among social relationships and the health of the aged, spanning intellectual, emotional, and bodily dimensions. Emotional support, a cornerstone for mental well-being, is discovered to buffer the impact of stressors, alleviate depression and tension, and provide cognitive advantages. Social connections positively influence cardiovascular fitness, immune system function, and healthful behaviours, emphasizing their complete impact on physical well-being.
