Abstract
The article inform Hearts is a national initiative co-led by CDC and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that aims to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and other related acute cardiovascular events by 2022. Topic include risk factor for heart disease and stroke; and hypertension control was defined as a last blood pressure reading of <140/90 mm Hg, which aligns with current clinical performance measure specifications used by the health care sector.
