Identifying the challenges and opportunities associated with digitization in the privatization of state property will be another critical aspect of our research. Our overarching goal is to offer informed recommendations to policymakers in Uzbekistan. These recommendations are aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of digitization in the privatization process, based on our research findings. Upon the culmination of our research, we anticipate several significant outcomes and conclusions: Our study will yield a comprehensive historical overview of the privatization of state property in Uzbekistan, helping to contextualize the present state of affairs.
