Estruturação de elementos formais para implantação de gestão da inovação em bibliotecas

Abstract

The goal is to identify the formal elements of a multi-criteria model for implementation of innovation management in libraries, Justified by the need to issue of development in Information Science from the relevant elements of the general literature, applied in a particular way to the libraries as information units with organizational singularities. This is a qualitative study, constructivist and exploratory using methodological procedures in the structuring phase of Multicriteria Methodology Support Council Framework Constructivist (MCDA-C). The results pointed to identification of eight formal and general elements for the development of deployment models of innovation management in libraries and forty-two indicators to measure the filling process.
