Abstract

Transient pressure theory was used in analyzing well stimulation pressure charts and injection rates in Gulf Coast wells; these analyses showed how much damage was present and how effectively treatment removed it; in some wells productivity could be estimated before well was produced; approximate transient analysis is also presented.
