Abstract

The following article in the journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation (GIO) deals with the potential that disturbances and conflicts can unfold for the survival of organizations and why, from a constructivist and group-dynamic point of view, it is almost imperative for a successful change management to raise this potential. One possibility of methodical implementation is exemplified by the format of a dynamic sociogram constellation, which formed the methodical core of a change process at a school.
