Abstract

Potential of springs at Batu Citywhich use for irrigation has no irrigation infrastructure at all so, need developing the springs. Developing of springs can be use with build irrigation infrastructure. Total 15 springs was identified by parameters that include discharge, quality, flows discharge, and range of waterflows. The parameters that identified can use for guiding to chose the location of springs that can build infrastructure of irrigation. The 15 locations of springs chosen by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP Method can use for calculating weighting value from parameters and alternative. Based on weighting each parameter and alternatives can use for prioritizing priority scale by using Synthesize of AHP Method. The result of Synthesize AHP from 15 springs the high value of priority is MA-15 (Rembyung Springs) has value 0,119. The value of Modelling AHP is scale priority that can use for determining of springs that can develop it first.
