Abstract
Ever increasing customer requirements and highly competitive business atmosphere as forced the enterprise to enhance the quality of service by understanding the customer’s needs. Understanding customer needs through data is accomplished using data warehouse, which allows the enterprises to analyze customer’s data, which includes various queries, solutions as well expectations based on their various actions and requirements. Though the customer data are specific to the certain domain and fail to provide a complete understanding of the customer requirement. Hence, it calls for the need of integrating multiple platforms to arrive at a clear conclusion on customer requirement. Considering the complexity involved data integrity over multiple domains, this paper suggests an algorithm to achieve data integration and data synthesis to enhance data quality. The evaluation of the framework is carried through application run on at test bed comprising 100’s of the system and is found to be efficient and effective in performing the data integration and data synthesis.
