ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN UMKM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI SETELAH PANDEMI DI DESA KOTA PARI

Abstract

Good financial management can help MSMEs in advancing their business. Through good management, it is hoped that the MSME community in Kota Pari village will be more active in improving financial management. This study aims to determine the management carried out by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs in Kota Pari Village. This type of research was conducted using a case study method with data analysis techniques, namely quantitative descriptive analysis. This research was conducted on MSME actors in Kota Pari Village. The result of this study is that MSME actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency as a whole do not understand and carry out financial management properly and correctly in accordance with science. This occurs due to a lack of understanding of business actors and a lack of guidance, training and socialization on how to properly manage MSME finances. From the results of the analysis, MSME actors in Kota Pari Village feel that their businesses can only run locally, namely in the village. However, if examined more deeply, MSMEs in Kota Pari village have excellent economic growth potential. This is supported by the resources available in Kota Pari Village, both in the form of Human Resources and Natural Resources. This can actually help improve and improve the surrounding economy. However, this must be supported by the authorities.
