Abstract

A new genus (Pseudodelphinium H.Duman, Vural, Aytaç & Adi{dotless}güzel) and 3 new species (Pseudodelphinium turcicum H.Duman, Vural, Aytaç & Adi{dotless}güzel; Iberis halophila Vural & H.Duman; and Frankenia salsuginea Adi{dotless}güzel & Aytaç) from the Tuz Gölü (Salt Lake) basin (Central Anatolia) are described. Illustrations, ecological habit, and a distribution map are given. The relationships of the new genus and species are discussed in terms of related taxa.
