Abstract
The neurocutaneous syndromes are a group of anomalies from hereditary development or congenital; this have in common the affectation of the tissues which origin is ectodermic, skin, eyes and nervous central system. Here are mencionated the disturbances observed with greatest frequency: the illness of von Recklinghausen, the illness of Bourneville Pringle and the syndrome of Sturge-Weber. It's realized an study with three patients and so a full description, classification, genetic alterations, clinical manifestations, diagnostics, criterious and differential diagnostics, handing and treatment of each syndrome. The 3 cases are compared with the literature consulted.
