Abstract

The article presents abstracts of several research studies concerning dance medicine and science which were discussed at the 16th annual meeting of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science. Discussed studies include "Beyond Ballet Technique: The 'emotional voice': Personality typographies of student ballet dancers at elite dance conservatories," by Thom Hecht and "Talent identification in dance, and considerations in training exceptionally talented young dancers: A Literature Review" by Sarah Irvine and Emma Redding.
