Abstract
Only partial resistance at 0.0001% dapsone concentration in the mouse food was found exhibited by the bacilli recovered from three patients, representing 6.9% of the total tested at the same concentration. The role played by treatment in relation to such a low grade of dapsone resistance is discussed.
