Abstract
The issue in this study is related to tolerance. The Indonesian state has become the center of attention for the lack of tolerance due to differences of opinion between people and a lack of knowledge that has had an impact on changing paradigms and attitudes of the people who were previously known as integrated communities turned into a disintegrated society or can be interpreted as a life that upholds togetherness and tolerance. turned into an individualistic or selfish society. This research was conducted at SDN Siyono in this type of research qualitative analysis with research data sourced from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study found that the role of Islamic education in fostering attitudes towards students, there are: (1) School curriculum and regulations, namely the activities or activities of an educational teaching and learning process concerning character and religion; (2) Social, cultural and sports activities, namely social activities carried out such as mutual cooperation. Culture for example such as participating in art extracurricular activities. Sports for example such as solidarity training in soccer, volleyball, basketball and futsal; (3) Group learning, namely in the process of teaching and learning to students divided into several groups. Abstrak Isu dalam penelitian ini berkaitan tentang toleransi. Negara Indonesia menjadi pusat perhatian akan minimnya toleransi dikarenakan adanya perbedaan pendapat antar masyarakat dan kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan yang telah memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan paradigma dan sikap masyarakat yang dulunya diketahui sebagai masyarakat terintregasi berubah menjadi masyarakat yang disintegrasi atau bisa diartikan sebagai kehidupan yang menjunjung tinggi kebersamaan dan toleransinya berubah menjadi masyarakat yang individualis atau mementingkan dirinya sendiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 1 Siyono dalam jenis penelitian ini analisis kualitatif dengan data penelitiannya bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran pendidikan islam dalam menumbuhkan sikap pada siswa, terdapat: (1) Kurikulum dan peraturan sekolah, yaitu aktifitas atau kegiatan suatu proses belajar mengajar pendidikan menyangkut budi pekerti dan agama; (2) Kegiatan sosial, budaya dan olahraga, yaitu kegiatan sosial yang dilaksanakan seperti gotong royong. Budaya contohnya seperti ikut kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni. Olahraga contohnya seperti latihan solidaritas dalam permainan sepak bola, voli, basket maupun futsal; (3) Pembelajaran kelompok, yaitu dalam proses belajar mengajar kepada peserta didik dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok.
