Abstract

In 2016, two special issues were launched and attended in this journal, “Challenges in New Technologies for Security” (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/challenges/special_issues/tech_ security) and “Food Microbiology: Technologies and processes, microbiology analysis methods, and antimicrobials” (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/challenges/special_issues/food-microbiology).
