Abstract

A study with qualitative and quantitative morphological descriptors was carried out in Arracacia xanthorrhiza Bancr plants. from three locations in the province of Tungurahua, Ecuador: Baños, Tisaleo and Pillaro municipalities and it was established that, according to the analysis of the analysis of the principal components, the first three components explain more than 75% of the total variation. The materials of the three localities were clearly differentiated, especially according to the color of the vegetative structures
