The need to adapt CBT techniques to the developmental level of the children and adolescent subjects is also emphasized. Conclusion: The data indicating that use of simplified, developmentally adapted and CBT in which the family also participates is effective in children and adolescents and that CBT will be increasigly included in the daily practice of child and adolescent psychiatrists are accumulating
