Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the U.S. laws regarding transboundary waters. Topics discussed include need of creating exchange agreements and networks for data and information sharing among stakeholder basin states and institutions; environmental issues in the allocation and management of interstate rivers; and scope and content of a data and information sharing agreements.
